Thank You For Joining Us!

This year’s Women Composers Festival of Hartford was a great success! We hope you enjoyed all of the festival events and discovered some new composers and pieces you love. We wouldn’t be able to do what we do without the passion a dedication of all of our performers, composers, and presenters, and our growing audience. Thank you for your attendance and continued support!

And thanks again to our generous sponsors:

Stay tuned for more from the 2018 WCFH!

#GivingTuesday

Today is #GivingTuesday, and our fundraising campaign is for a collaboration with Elevartepr.

We have the opportunity to bring Puerto Rican director/videographer Raisa Bonnet to our 2018 festival to video our artists and talk about her work with Elevartepr, a community-led initiative supporting art and artists in Puerto Rico after the devastation of Hurricane María. Any funds that you donate to this #GivingTuesday campaign will go toward bringing Raisa and elevArte to Hartford, and compensating her for her work. Check out their facebook page or website for more information about the initiative in Puerto Rico! (If you would like to donate to this fundraiser, not via Facebook, you can send a check to WCFH at PO Box 370632, West Hartford, CT 06137. Please write “elevArte” in the subject line of the check.) Thank you!
