Registration Information

Participating composers and other interested persons can now register online here. Registrations ($100 general, $25 for students/seniors/adjuncts) include admission to all festival events. Fees can be paid online here or checks can be mailed to:

RESERVATIONS:
It is recommended that you make your reservation no later than 2/19/16. After that date, requested reservations will be accepted based upon availability. Individuals or the Group may cancel individual reservations up to 24 hours prior to the date of arrival. Reservations cancelled less than 24 hours prior to arrival will be charged one night’s room and tax.

Guests may make their reservations by calling the Hartford Hilton at 860-728-5151. and requesting the “Women Composers Festival of Hartford” Group block. The rate is $129/night.

CHECK IN/CHECK OUT:
Our Check-In time is 3:00 PM. Our Check-Out time is 12:00 PM. Luggage storage is available if needed for early arrivals and late departures.

BILLING ARRANGEMENTS:
Individual to pay all charges (room, tax and incidental charges).

PARKING:
The Hilton Hartford offers secured covered parking attached directly to the Hotel in the Hilton section of the Church Street Garage. Validated parking is available in this section on the first come – first served basis. The charge for overnight parking in the Hilton Section of the Church Street Garage will be at the reduced rate of $18.00 per car/ per day and billed to the individual.
